The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, making it convenient for our daily visits. the staff, fluent in both Arabic and English, were accommodating and always ready to assist. The air-conditioned room was cozy and equipped with modern amenities, including free WiFi and a flat-screen TV. I appreciated the private parking facility, which made it hassle-free to explore the nearby Quba Mosque, Qiblatain Mosque, and Jabal Ahad Garden Park. Although the room size was satisfactory, I did notice the need for some upgrades, especially in the bathroom. However, the highlight for me was the hot tub in the quadruple room, providing a luxurious touch to our romantic escape. In terms of services, the hotel offered room service and had a restaurant on-site for dining convenience. the only downside was the lack of supplies with the electric kettle in the room, but the 24-hour front desk staff promptly provided them upon request. Overall, Al Andalus Palace 1 Hotel has the potential to be even better with some minor improvements. It's a decent choice for those looking for a comfortable stay near important landmarks in Medina.
